At Gatta, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
